90 Days Return/Exchange Policy

Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. The policy begins from the date of receiving. Please see whether either of these pertain to you, and if the item(s) are covered by our 90 day Return Policy.

The following reasons are covered by our 90 day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy(Ineffabless is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees).

We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received the products is product deformation, product defects.
You received the incorrect products.The product you received is different from the product you purchased.
The above situation, we will only exchange the item(s) for the same product,or we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, excluding shipping costs.

The following reasons are covered by our 90 day Return/Exchange Policy.(Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs)

You chose the wrong size product(s).
Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90 day return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

Products are exposed to corrosive substances, or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that appearance of your Ineffabless product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver are easily damaged.
Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.

Return Service Procedure:

Please submit a support ticket, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue.
Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.
Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.

Items that are being returned should be new, and unworn. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
Please contact us to request return address and the return instructions.
If you wish to return because a) chose the wrong sized product(s) or b) for personal reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc. (see above), the postage is paid by the buyer, we will charge 50% of the product cost (including production cost, product material cost, etc.) if Ineffabless send wrong product, will not charge clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is defective or damaged.
Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, your order is subject to a 50% restocking fee.
If item is undelivered due to shipping carrier's mistake. E.g. Lost in transit, delivered to wrong address but we have provided them correct address. We will send you a replacement order without additional cost. However, this is not subject to refund due to unforeseen delay.
For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.
If the customer inputting wrong shipping address, resulting in the parcel being returned, can not apply for a refund, please pay postage again, we will send the product again.
Express Shipping fee is non refundable once order is shipped. Customer is liable to pay for returning fee if they failed to pick up the item on time. Any replacement order sent will be via standard shipping.
